*Refund/Exchange
-We do not accept refund or exchange after payment has been made.
-In the event, goods received are defected, kindly notify us via email at yourselfapparel@gmail.com within 3 days (local) or 14 days (international) from receiving shipping notice.
-Only unworn and unwashed items can be eligible for exchange
-Defected items are to be mailed backed to us within 5 days upon receipt of “Defect Confirmation” email from us.
-Customer will be responsible for defected items until they reached us.
-In the event the same item is no longer available, we will offer an exchange of an alternative product with similar pricing.
All goods are registered mail , it is not our duty that your goods is delivered on time but we be glad to let you know that your goods are in good hands .
